Mike Gorenstein

Mike Gorenstein is currently the Chairman, President and CEO of The Cronos Group. Mr. Gorestein is also a Co-founder and Member of Gotham Green Partners. Before joining the Cronos Group, he served as Vicepresident and General Counsel at Alphabet Partners, LP, a New York City based multi-strategy investment management firm, focused on identifying mispriced assets across various industries, asset classes and geographies. Prior to Alphabet Partners, LP, Mr. Gorenstein was a corporate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Mr. Gorenstein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a Juris Doctor (J.D.), the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania with a certificate in Business Economics and Public Policy and the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.Sc. in Business in Finance.

Jason Adler

Jason Adler currently serves a Director in The Cronos Group and is the Co-founder and Managing Member of Gotham Green Partners, a private equity firm focused primarily on early-stage investing in companies in the cannabis industry. Prior to co-founding Gotham Green, Mr. Adler was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alphabet Partners, LP, a New York City based multi-strategy investment management firm, focused on identifying mispriced assets across various industries, asset classes and geographies. Before that, Mr. Adler also founded Geronimo LLC, a broker dealer and member of the American Stock Exchange, that made markets in equity options, and he began his career as a Market Maker at G&D Trading. Mr. Adler graduated with a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island.T

Andrés Nannetti


Andrés Nannetti is currently Managing Director of Leawood Investments, a private holding company based in Panama with investments in Latin America and the U.S., primarily focused on large tract land holdings, real estate development, and agri-business in Colombia. He previously served as CEO of Sunburst Farms Inc., one of the largest importers and distributors of fresh cut flowers in the U.S., acquired from Dole Food Company and subsequently sold in 2011. Prior to this, he was CEO and Co-founder of Rovia, Inc. a venture-backed DRM software company acquired by CYA Technologies (now Enchoice) in 2002. Mr. Nannetti began his career at JP Morgan in the Latin America M&A and Morgan Capital Private Equity Group and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.Sc. in Economics from MIT.

Enrique Alonso

Enrique Alonso is currently Executive Vice President with SJP Properties in New York City, where he is responsible for the firm’s operations, business development,and alternative investments. He is also on the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), where he advises on policies and key issues that concern the industry and its constituents. Prior to joining SJP, he was as an executive in CBRE’s Global Corporate Services group, where he advised clients on their global real estate strategies, including leasing, divestitures and acquisitions. He also worked as a Management Consultant with Bain and Company, one of the world’s leading business consulting firms, as well as a Business Development Director with the NBA. Mr. Alonso holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and B.A. from Amherst College.

Nicolás Nannetti

Nicolás is currently the CEO of NatuEra. He also serves as Executive Chairman of Agroidea, Colombia’s leading agricultural services provider with over 30 years of research, development and production operations. Before joining NatuEra, he served as CEO of the Americaflor group of companies, a collection of large tract flower growing operations in Colombia where he led the restructuring and streamlining of the company and oversaw 13 growing operations, a processing facility, and over 4,000 employees. Prior to his role at Americaflor, he was a Managing Director at Leawood Investments and began his career as a Management Consultant at Monitor Group (now Deloitte). Mr. Nannetti holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.Sc. in International Political Economy from Georgetown University

Camilo De Guzmán

Camilo is General Counsel & VP of Regulatory and Corporate Affairs for NatuEra and also serves as Corporate Secretary. In this position, he oversees of all the compay’s legal, regulatory and corporate affairs, as well as its security and stakeholder management. Prior to joining NatuEra, Camilo worked as Managing Partner at a strategic advisory firm, where he advised several matters in Latin America on national security, M&A, corporate restructuring and crisis management issues. Camilo previously worked as an attorney in Proskauer Rose LLP in New York City, where he worked on various commercial lawsuits and transactions with recognized multinational companies in the petroleum and consumer goods industries. He holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. Economics from McGill University.
